We are having a bit of a sort out of the Shopping Guide section at the moment, and are updating not only some of the information but also the general look and feel, so although you are not in the current version you are listed in the new version! Having said all this, I've just popped you into the 'companies with best testing policies' bit because I'm not sure how long it will take for us to update the section and I would hate for you to miss out because of our snail pace.

Without doubt the non-ebay shop wins hands down. The colours are warm and inviting and almost intimate which compliments your products superbly. When I re-visited your auction to access your shop I actually tabbed the e-bay shop by mistake and instantly shuddered. Descriptions are ok, but they in no way induce purchases with the same satisfaction as pictures. I found the pictures and descriptions on your web site evoked a sense of 'exotic indulgence' which is exactly how I want my wife to feel when she uses the products.
My wife had a migraine this morning so I took time out and left her in bed while I got our five children off to school. Unfortunately, I didn't hear her gentle footsteps while I was ordering her birthday presents from your site and my surprise at her sudden appearance was a give away. Miraculously her migraine disappeared when she caught a glimpse of your page. If that's not testimony to the power of essential oils I don't know what is!!
The second order was one of her "well as you're ordering anyway" type of purchases.
I appreciate your comment and agree it would be better if you were to wait until after the holiday before sending the items. Helen's birthday is not until the 15th, though I expect she will have urgent need of them before then, so I am sure we will be back.

I received the products this morning and they certainly smell lovely!! the coconut cream and the strawberry smoothie are just what I've been looking for, what I mean by that is that so many creams (particularly coconut which I love) often have a very sickly artificial smell which is nothing like the actual fruit itself, but these seem very natural smelling and won't overpower me so I'm very happy about that.
I have used 'LUSH' products in the past I'm sure you're familiar with their shops, but again they can really overpower me and everything seems to be crammed with lavender oil which I detest!! :)
So in a nutshell I'm really pleased with these items, the chocolate bubble bath smells scrumptious, I'll be trying it out later along with the tar shampoo!!

Just to let you know that we received our goodies this morning. They are gorgeous, thank you. Kelsey is thrilled with her creation, so much so that we are running a bath for her as I type!! They smell divine, especially the cat which was the sun-ripened raspberry with grated coconut. And the colours are so intense. We will definitely be placing further orders in the future.

Wednesday night was just like Christmas in this house. Everyone crowding round the box and reading off the names on the boxes. After opening the box, every item had to had a good 'sniff' with associated. "Wow! Smell this one!" comments from Henry and Katharine.
I must say, that I particularly like the fact that the Bath Fizzes are split in two as this makes the cost of indulgence more justifiable. I have a feeling that Sunday bath night is going to leave the bathroom with a real mixture of sweet, spicy and flowery smells.
We shall make a note of the items that we particularly like and look forward to doing some regular business with you.

Hi Jan, Sorry for the slight delay in contacting you to say how pleased I am with the latest batch of soaps. The new strawberry and watermelon has a delicious fragrance and my husband really likes the Spiced Bay. The moisturiser and the Spring in your step made nice/fun extras for Mum on Mother's Day and I, of course, just like to keep the lily-of-the valley all to myself. I placed my order on a Saturday morning and by the afternoon you'd already phoned me to let me know there was a minor problem with the order and offering an alternative option. Knowing that you were already about to make the 'create your own' products on the same day and being told they'd arrive in the next week was a nice surprise to start with.
On Wednesday the parcel arrived - well packaged, beautifully labelled and full with gorgeous smelling items - and you had fulfilled my initial order, not having to provide an alternative after all. The perfumes, soaps and cream smell and look wonderful.
You kept me up-to-date with an e-mail and even remembered that I'd mentioned that it was a present for my mum. Your friendly manner and service brightened my day and the products themselves made me smile even more.
I'm looking forward to giving these to my mum - I know she'll love the cat soap (I'm fairly sure it will end up on display instead of in use but it'll brighten up the bathroom!) I've already enthused about your site to several friends and will definitely be ordering from you again.
