All packages will be sent by 1st class mail with the exception of larger packages which will then be delivered by ParcelForce.

For those of you who have online banking facilities I can now offer online banking.
Follow the methods as shown above remembering to complete checkout otherwise I will not have details of your order.
Tick as Payment by Post and then make a note of my banking details - which are:

and simply pay into that account.
This is perfectly safe and a much easier way to conduct online purchases.

Cheques & postal orders are expected within 10 days, after this time the order will then be cancelled.
I would like to stress that I am not responsible for late delivery caused by Royal Mail.
For lost/non delivered items - I will pursue with Royal Mail as I keep all proofs of postage. I will of course send replacements free of charge.
Please do however allow up to 10 days for delivery despite my sending them out by 1st class!
There should be no damaged items as particular care is paid to packaging - but should it occur - then please let me know immediately so that I can rectify the problem and arrange for a replacement.
Please also print your name and full address including postcode very carefully as sometimes items go astray because of incorrect postcodes and addresses.
So when in doubt - please ask as it costs nothing.
